1. Services
Flanbo AI provides artificial-intelligence training, consulting, and content
services in Haitian Creole, English, French, and Spanish. Service descriptions and
prices are listed at services.flanboai.com.
Payment is due before a session, processed securely by Stripe. Sessions are delivered
online.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
When you opt in to text messaging from Flanbo AI, you agree to receive
conversational replies, customer-care messages, session confirmations, and reminders
from +1 (415) 917-1597.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text
“STOP” to +1 (415) 917-1597. After you send the SMS message
“STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have
been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If
you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text
“START” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply
with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get
help directly at flanboai@gmail.com or

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you
from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have
any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your
wireless provider.
- If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our
Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with
third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3. Refunds and rescheduling
If you cannot attend a session you paid for, contact us at least 24 hours in
advance to reschedule at no cost. Contact
flanboai@gmail.com for refund requests.
4. Intellectual property
Training materials and videos are for your personal use and may not be resold or
redistributed without written permission.
